RideSync respects your privacy and only collects the information we need to provide safe, reliable transportation.

1. Information We Collect
   • Your name, student status, and contact information
   • Your U of A Unlimited membership details
   • Your ride history (pick-up/drop-off areas, times, and dates)
   • Payment information processed securely by our payment provider
   • Basic device information for security and performance
2. How We Use Your Information

   We use your information to:

   • Verify that you are eligible for the U of A Unlimited plan
   • Schedule and complete your rides
   • Prevent fraud and account sharing
   • Improve our service and keep riders and drivers safe

   We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Location & Ride Data

   We may store approximate pick-up and drop-off locations and ride times so that we can:

   • Confirm your rides were completed
   • Enforce our unlimited ride time-window rules
   • Handle support questions and disputes
4. Sharing Your Information

   We may share limited information only with:

   • Drivers who are picking you up (first name and pick-up location)
   • Service providers that help us process payments, send notifications, or host our systems

   We do not share your personal information for marketing by unrelated companies.

5. Account Security & Misuse

   We monitor for suspicious activity and account sharing. If we detect misuse or fraud, your account and membership may be suspended or terminated.

6. Your Choices

   You may request to review or delete certain information where allowed by law. Deleting core account data may make it impossible for us to provide service.

By using RideSync and the U of A Unlimited membership, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Membership & Eligibility
   • This U of A Unlimited membership is ONLY for active U of A students.
   • You must have a valid student status and maintain a RideSync account in good standing.
   • This Agreement is between RideSync and you, the Rider.
2. Service Days & Hours
   • RideSync is CLOSED on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
   • RideSync is OPEN on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during the posted operating hours shown in the app (for example, evening and late-night hours).
   • Your unlimited rides benefit only applies during our open hours and within the allowed service area.
3. Unlimited Rides – U of A Plan
   • The U of A Unlimited membership includes unlimited rides during our open days and times as listed above.
   • Unlimited rides apply only within the RideSync service zone defined for U of A students.
   • We remain cheaper than major corporate rideshare options, but exact savings may vary per trip and time.
4. Guests & Vehicle Capacity
   • You may bring up to three (3) guests with you on a ride, for a total of four passengers per car including you.
   • You are responsible for the behavior of your guests while using RideSync.
5. No Account Sharing
   • You are NOT allowed to share your RideSync account or U of A Unlimited membership with other people.
   • You must not give your login, PIN, or membership access to anyone else.
   • If we detect account sharing, you may be automatically banned from RideSync and lose your membership without refund.
6. Conduct & Safety
   • You and your guests must behave respectfully and safely at all times.
   • Abuse, threats, harassment, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate suspension or permanent banning from RideSync.
   • Drivers may end a ride early if they feel unsafe or if rules are being violated.
7. Pricing & Changes
   • The U of A Unlimited membership price and benefits may change in the future, but we will try to provide notice in the app or through email when terms are updated.
   • RideSync remains committed to offering a cheaper and more local alternative to large corporate rideshare companies.
8. Termination

   RideSync may suspend or terminate your membership if:

   • You violate these Terms & Conditions
   • You share your account
   • You misuse unlimited rides or abuse the service

   Termination for cause may result in loss of access without refund.

9. Agreement

   By checking the box and continuing, you agree that:

   • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
   • You understand this Agreement is between RideSync and you, the Rider.
   • You agree to follow the membership rules, service hours, and account-sharing policies described above.
